I write on digital mental health policy, psychiatric commissioning, and the evidence base behind health technology — for people making decisions in mental health systems and companies, not for academic journals.

My perspective is clinical and structural: I am interested in why good evidence fails to reach commissioning decisions, how digital therapeutics navigate NHS procurement, and what the mental health system actually needs from the companies trying to serve it.
