I am a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry with MRCPsych, FEBP, and DTMH, completing an MSc in Health Policy at Imperial College London.

My clinical work sits within NHS CAMHS. My writing and advisory work sits at the intersection of psychiatric commissioning, digital mental health policy, and the clinical evidence base behind health technology — specifically the gap between what the evidence says, what commissioners fund, and what companies build.

Background

I hold MRCPsych, FEBP, DTMH, and am completing an MSc in Health Policy at Imperial College London.

In 2026 I was awarded the Donald J. Cohen Fellowship for International Scholars by IACAPAP — recognising work at the intersection of global child mental health and clinical research.

My clinical work is in CAMHS, across eating disorders, psychosis, neurodevelopmental conditions, and adolescent mental health. My writing and research sits at a different but connected place: the gap between what the evidence says, what commissioners fund, and what companies actually build. Digital therapeutics that never reach the young people who need them. Reimbursement frameworks that weren't designed for mental health. AI tools that are evaluated by the wrong standards.

I write about these problems because I work inside them every day — and because health policy, pharma strategy, and digital health design all make better decisions when they are grounded in what actually happens in a CAMHS clinic.
